What methods of payments does Tuni accept?

 

shoptuni.com currently accepts the following forms of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We are unable to accept checks, cash, or money orders.

 

How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?

 

Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. 

 

 

I cannot find the answer to my questions, how do I reach customer service?

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do, We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $39. International delivery is between 3-6 weeks. Please note: customer is responsible for any and all customs/duty and all other related charges.

 

How do I return an item?

 

In order to return properly, please refer to our Return Policy above to make sure you meet all the criteria.

 

Can I exchange my item?

 

We are unable to guarantee that an item wont be sold out but we will gladly exchage an item if it is available. You can call us at (407) 628-1609 to check to see if the item is available.

But you can return the item for a full refund.

 

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. See below for additional information regarding our return policy. 

 

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise or 14 days for sale merchandise.

  • Any returns recieved after 30 days will be returned to the sender.

  • All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered with original tags attached.

  • Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box and mailed back over-boxed (inside another box) i.e. no shipping labels, other markings on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.

  • If you believe you have recieved defective or incorrect merchandise (style,size,color) you must contact customer care within 5 days of reciept and provide a photo of the defect.

  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximatley 14 business days to process returns. We will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
