Returns for online purchases
We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return full price, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. See below for specific information regarding our return policy.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise or 14 days for sale merchandise.
- Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to the sender.
- All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box and mailed back over-boxed (inside another box) i.e. no shipping labels, other markings on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.
- If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) you must contact customer care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. You can call us at (407) 628-1609.
- Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns. We will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete.
IF YOU DON'T LOVE YOUR NEW TRENDY + CHIC ITEM PLEASE FEEL FREE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. MOST ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR A REFUND. EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED UP TO 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE FOR STORE CREDIT. ALL HOLIDAY GIFTS MAY BE EXCHANGED THRU 1/07/2021. ALL FORMAL WEAR, SPECIAL ORDERS, LAYAWAYS, SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND UNDERPINNINGS ARE FINAL SALE.
