Returns for online purchases

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return full price, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. See below for specific information regarding our return policy.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise.
  • All markdowns and sale items are final sale. 
  • Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to the sender.
  • All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered with original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box and mailed back over-boxed (inside another box) i.e. no shipping labels, other markings on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.
  • If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) you must contact customer care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. You can call us at (407) 628-1609.
  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 7 business days to process returns. We will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete.
  • To initiate a return, please email with your name and order number.  There is a $10 return fee for shipping.  We will email you a shipping label within 48 hours unless it is a weekend or a holiday in which case it may take longer.  
*Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
