RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return full price, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. See below for specific information regarding our return policy.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise or 14 days for sale merchandise.
Items marked as SUPER SALE are final sale.
Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to the sender.
All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered with original tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box and mailed back over-boxed (inside another box) i.e. no shipping labels, other markings on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style,size,color) you must contact customer care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns. We will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
